Accomodation, Travel & FAQs

What will the programme consist of?

We will be welcoming some speakers from across the sector, and debating the actions and stance for representing creative students going forward. On the evening of the 1st day delegates are welcome to attend a private view and press night at Project Space 176.

Will accomodation be provided?

We recommend booking accomodation near to 272 High Holborn for convenience on the morning of the 2nd. We will update this page if any discounted accomodation becomes available, otherwise we recommend chekcing out the nearby Travelodge or Holiday Inn.

 For FE Delegates/SUs without block grants we may be able to contribute to costs – please email chair@artsgroup.org.uk

Will travel be provided?

Most delegates Students’ Unions will need to book travel to and from London, For FE Delegates/SUs without block grants we may be able to contribute to costs – please email chair@artsgroup.org.uk

What about food?

We will be aiming to provide Dinner on the night of the 1st, and Lunch on the 2nd, and tea/coffee throughout. Some soft drinks will be provided with dinner and lunch. Please bring ID if you wish to purchase alcohol at any point during the evening.

Do I need to attend both days?

Yes, the programme is aimed to be a complete package, please attend all of it!
