I have worked for organisations that ofgfer no proper structured training or projects and judge interns on how well they make tea and tidy up. Although this is indicative of good relations at a junior level I think that interns should be paid, be given a structured position with expecetd outycomes ad leave with some type of recognised report / feedback.
